I only wanted visuals on Astra Apex. Other still felt better with the rest disabled.

Have to close Other first
Updating Astra Apex needs Other fully closed. Once I learned that, updates were easy.

Friend was right
Someone pointed me to Astra Apex for Other. Setup took longer than I expected, but it has been fine since.

Squad did not notice setup
Loaded Astra Apex before the Other party invite. Nobody waited on me besides the first lobby.

Remapped one key
Default Astra Apex menu key fought Other. Changed it once and forgot about it.

Waited on Discord once
Had to sit in chat for Astra Apex after a Other update. Fix landed the same evening.

Bought a second key
Finished my first period on Astra Apex and renewed. Other performance is the same as day one.

Lobby wait is the same
Astra Apex does not speed Other queues. It just does the cheat part, which is what I paid for.

Budget PC handled it
Old CPU plus Astra Apex on Other is not pretty, but it stays playable.

Did not need a refund
Was ready to argue if Astra Apex was dead. Other session after checkout made that a non-issue.

Survived a Windows reinstall
Fresh Windows, then Astra Apex, then Other. Key still authorized after the reset ticket.
